Office Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in training processes for regional staff and volunteers.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leaves.
  • Coordinate staff welfare programs and engagement activities.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
  • Assist in preparing budgets, financial statements, and funding reports.
  • Monitor expenditures to ensure alignment with allocated budgets.
  • Support in the submission of tax documents, audits, and compliance reporting.
  • Manage office supplies, correspondence, and logistical arrangements for meetings and events.
  • Maintain accurate records of assets, inventory, and vendor agreements.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and local regulations.
  • Act as a point of contact for external stakeholders, including local authorities and partners.
  • Assist in implementing regional marketing and outreach strategies.
  • Coordinate the development and dissemination of promotional materials, newsletters, and reports.
  • Manage regional social media platforms and support online engagement campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the central team to ensure brand consistency in all communication efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master Degree
  • Must have two years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient using CRM or ERP.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with special commands on Excel & Word.
