Hand Pumps Program

Hand Pumps

Embarking on a mission to quench the thirst of underserved communities, MTJ Foundation proudly installed more than 150 hand pumps as a part of their Clean Water Project.

This welfare initiative is tailored to meet the critical need for safe drinking water in deprived areas of the country. The project aims to install hand pumps in all water deprived areas, ensuring a lifeline of clean water. Our objective is clear: to provide a sustainable solution to the water crisis, uplifting the overall health and well-being of local communities.

By installing hand pumps, we’ve not just provided hundreds of families access to safe drinking water, liberating them from reliance on contaminated sources. This shift has notably reduced water-borne illnesses, particularly among children, and elevated overall hygiene practices within these communities.
