Manager Corporate Partnerships

Key Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with corporates, associations, and foundations to align CSR priorities.
• Research CSR trends and opportunities for alignment with organizational programs.
• Develop proposals, presentations, and budgets tailored to prospective donors.
• Design and implement impactful CSR projects with corporate partners.
• Monitor project execution and ensure timely reporting of outcomes and financials.
• Maintain long-term relationships with corporate donors and act as their primary contact.
• Promote the organization’s mission and success stories through corporate engagement.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in corporate fundraising, partnerships, or CSR.
• Proven track record of meeting fundraising targets and managing CSR partnerships.
• Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for social impact and aligning business objectives with developmental goals.
