Assistant Manager Youth

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute youth-focused programs to engage and support young individuals.
• Organize workshops and activities aimed at capacity building and skill development for youth.
• Train and mentor youth leaders, volunteers, and community facilitators.
• Collaborate with educational institutions to enhance engagement with youth.
• Facilitate the team to expand the reach and impact of youth initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of youth activities and budgets, and prepare reports and proposals.
• Support the marketing team in creating youth-focused content for social media and campaigns.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Youth Development, Education, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in youth engagement & community development.
• Proven track record of managing youth-centric initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AI.
• Creativity in designing youth engagement strategies.
