Key Responsibilities
- Responsible to accurately input financial data into accounting software.
- Maintain and update ledgers with daily entries while ensuring proper reconciliation.
- Identify and correct discrepancies in financial records.
- Prepare and issue official receipts for payments received.
- Record tax-related entries, calculate and pay taxes, and assist in preparing tax returns.
- Assist in vendor payments and overdue payment follow-ups.
- Reconcile accounts, including bank statements, receivables, and payables.
- Assist in preparing financial reports like income statements & balance sheets.
- Maintain records of all financial documents to support audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor in Commerce or Equal.
- Must have two years of experience in a similar role.
- English typing speed 40 wpm required.
- Proficient in MS Office, with special command on Excel & Word.
