Key Responsibilities
- Assist in training processes for regional staff and volunteers.
- Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leaves.
- Coordinate staff welfare programs and engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
- Assist in preparing budgets, financial statements, and funding reports.
- Monitor expenditures to ensure alignment with allocated budgets.
- Support in the submission of tax documents, audits, and compliance reporting.
- Manage office supplies, correspondence, and logistical arrangements for meetings and events.
- Maintain accurate records of assets, inventory, and vendor agreements.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and local regulations.
- Act as a point of contact for external stakeholders, including local authorities and partners.
- Assist in implementing regional marketing and outreach strategies.
- Coordinate the development and dissemination of promotional materials, newsletters, and reports.
- Manage regional social media platforms and support online engagement campaigns.
- Collaborate with the central team to ensure brand consistency in all communication efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree
- Must have two years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient using CRM or ERP.
- Proficient in MS Office, with special commands on Excel & Word.
