Sr. Manager Fundraising

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Identify opportunities across corporate, institutional, and individual donor segments.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the fundraising team while setting and monitoring performance goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, corporate partners, and institutions.
• Organize donor engagement activities, including meetings, events, and field visits.
• Collaborate with marketing and program teams to create compelling proposals and promotional materials.
• Represent the organization at forums and events to build its profile and inspire donor confidence.
• Monitor fundraising progress, ensure compliance with regulations, and prepare detailed reports.
• Explore new fundraising trends, technologies, and strategies to enhance donor retention.

Requirements:

• Must have Master’s degree in Marketing, Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding fundraising targets.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to innovate and drive results.
• Experience in working with corporate CSR programs and institutional donors.
