Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new programs and report on program status and achievements.
- Set sustainable short- and long-term goals.
- Manage program budgets and resource allocation.
- Evaluate program performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Supervise project managers and ensure timely project delivery.
- Engage with stakeholders and maintain partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with legal and organizational policies.
- Assist in funding opportunities and grant writing.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in social sciences, Project Management, or a related field.
- Must have 7–10 years of program management experience, with 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership, budgeting, and M&E framework skills.
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
- Proficient in leading and managing large, multi-disciplinary teams.
