Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring 100% accuracy. Support timely replenishment of stock, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
- Assist in managing store operations, ensuring efficient day-to-day activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
- Assist in properly maintaining and managing foundation assets, including vehicles, equipment, and furniture.
- Provide support to the Store Officer and other team members, promoting a culture of teamwork.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.
- Adhere to foundation policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Identify and report potential risks, ensuring a secure and compliant store environment.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with colleagues.
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest innovative solutions to enhance store operations and performance.
- Responsible to tag all assets of foundation: This task involves labeling and cataloging fixed assets.
Requirements
- Matric / Intermediate Fresh
- Proficient in MS Office, with special commands on Excel & Word.
