Assistant Store

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring 100% accuracy. Support timely replenishment of stock, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
  • Assist in managing store operations, ensuring efficient day-to-day activities.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
  • Assist in properly maintaining and managing foundation assets, including vehicles, equipment, and furniture.
  • Provide support to the Store Officer and other team members, promoting a culture of teamwork.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.
  • Adhere to foundation policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Identify and report potential risks, ensuring a secure and compliant store environment.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration with colleagues.
  • Identify areas for improvement and suggest innovative solutions to enhance store operations and performance.
  • Responsible to tag all assets of foundation: This task involves labeling and cataloging fixed assets.

Requirements

  • Matric / Intermediate Fresh
  • Proficient in MS Office, with special commands on Excel & Word.
