Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with MTJ Foundation’s goals.
- Forecast needs as per programs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Identify, evaluate, and maintain long-term relationships with reliable vendors.
- Manage end-to-end procurement, including timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain transparency, enforce ethical practices, and keep accurate records for audits.
- Assess procurement risks, resolve supplier issues related to delivery and payment.
- Prepare detailed procurement reports and ensure records are complete and up-to-date.
- Supervise and train procurement staff to enhance team efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management preferred.
- Professional certifications in Procurement are an advantage.
- Must have 3–5 years of experience in the relevant field, preferably in the NGO sector.
- Strong knowledge of procurement policies and procedures.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement-related software.
