Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and timelines.
- Allocate resources efficiently and manage project budgets.
- Liaise with community members, local authorities, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct a survey and generate a report area-wise.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and compliance.
- Data entry in software.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and prepare regular status reports.
- Ensure all project activities comply with safety standards.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high project standards.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Engage with local communities to raise awareness and gather feedback.
- monitoring and maintenance of completed projects.
- Provide training and support to community members involved in the project.
- Any other task assigned by HOD.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of procurement policies and procedures.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement-related software.
- Intermediate / Bechelor Fresh
