Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and timelines.
  • Allocate resources efficiently and manage project budgets.
  • Liaise with community members, local authorities, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct a survey and generate a report area-wise.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and compliance.
  • Data entry in software.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and prepare regular status reports.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with safety standards.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high project standards.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Engage with local communities to raise awareness and gather feedback.
  • monitoring and maintenance of completed projects.
  • Provide training and support to community members involved in the project.
  • Any other task assigned by HOD.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of procurement policies and procedures.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and procurement-related software.
  • Intermediate / Bechelor Fresh
